I'm 5'6" and 130 is good for me. 135 at 5'7" would be great for you (for people younger than 45). If you are over 45, probably 140.

Do any of you have kids in sports? How do you have time to make these dinners? We won't be home tonight until about 9:30PM. Really late to eat and I'm not spending any time cooking at that time either. Normal schedule gets us home between 6:30 and 7PM. I have about 20 minutes to come up with dinner. Help me out!!!

I'm the same height. Right now, I weigh 140 and I feel overweight. I'm 50 and have gained 8 pounds in the last two years (don't worry, you have another 25-30 years before you have to worry about that!) When I was younger, I think 125-130 would be a good weight. I have a 4'10" 11 year old boy. He weighed in at 71 pounds yesterday at his 11 year old check up. He was 17th percentile for weight. He is a preemie has has always been underweight.
