I find a steam room or sauna great after swimming. Really just to relax. I do find a steam does wonders for my skin. Apart from that I can only describe the benefit as a great relaxing treat after swimming when I have the time :)

The only way is practice, practice and practice!! It has taken me nearly a year to be able to do 30 MS push ups in a row! I started off doing girly push ups then went on to using the stairs, doing push ups off the sides of the kitchen counters and on the side of the bath!! I have also built up my upper body strength…

Its an amphetamine so it will raise your heart rate. It will take 7 to 14 days to get into your system and your heart rate will regulate. If you are worried make an appointment with your doctor to discuss.

I was a UK size 18/20 this time last year. I'm now UK 6/8, 5ft 9 (That hasn't changed!!!) and 61KG :)

I have been "running" at a 1 incline and at 7.5 kph but its more like walking. I will try 8 and try not to be scared to fall off the back haha! Thanks

Either: Porridge wade with water, splash of almond milk on top and a banana Or Fruit and Fiber with almond milk and a banana Or Peanut butter and marmite on chia and sunflower bread toast :)

Mine is open but I'm vegan so it might not be much help lol I'm usually under 1200 but I do try to eat back exercise calories.

My advice - give up smoking first and then concentrate on loosing weight and getting fit.
