I second the Kirkland (Costco) turkey burgers. It's a main staple of my diet and I love them on the grill. I'm really a basic guy-lowfat cheese and maybe some Tabasco sauce but that's it.

It's been about a year and a half. I went back to the ex-girlfriend over and over again ((I guess it was friends with benefits sort of scenario) but we have not seen each other for the last 6 months. I think this post is TMI!

I should have been more clear. My issue of being hungry is only after 8-9pm at night. The rest of the day is fine. Thanks for your response and appreciate your comments.

Hi I am also 48. I've lost 20 and another 70 to go. I'm working out 5 days a week and 1500-1600 calories a day. Keep up the good work.
