My nutricianist just told me take your weight and devide it in half. So if you weigh 140 drink 70 oz. MINIMUM! You really can't have too much. She also said if you are still thirsty when drinking a lot of water, you need electrolites to help your cells absorb the water and just not pee it out.

51 year old here and 18 months out from my left hip replacement. The hip feels fantastic. I lived over a decade with increasing hip pain that lead to much of my weight gain. Is your fridge cold enough? I am able to keep cheese for quite a while if wrapped tight in zip lock baggie. Try to get all the air out of it also bofore zipping.

Listen to what ever gets you motivated. On all my playlists I have to start out with the theme from "Rocky"! It really get the motor running.

The Dash I am going to in MN is 5k or 3.2 miles plus the obsticles. I kind of think that is their standard.
