Count me in.. I know I'm tardy for the party. Add me if you like. I had my first baby at 45 and the weight did not FALL OFF.. I just completed Insanity and I'm starting it back up in one week.. So far I've gone from 193 to 165lbs since last May. CW 165 GW 145 Ultimate goal .. Back down to 135

Yeah Shaun T sold me..I'm so out of shape....lol..I'm going to push myself but not to the point of injury...which I tend to do.. I'm trying to follow the guide I'm definitely not starving hope it helps. I really want to try max 30 too but at my age 30 minutes never seems to be enough to get the chub off.

Hey ladies...I'm a first time mommy with a 5 month old..had an emergency c section and a lot of trauma done to my body.im finally getting motivated to workout it's really hard to eat 1500 call a day I'M ALWAYS STARVING ....friend me if you like I can always use support

I started a workout tip jar... I tip myself $1 for every workout. after 100 workouts I will buy myself something nice.... probably boots... ok that may take another 100 workouts..... for the boots I want

today is day one for me on the 30 day shred. thinking maybe I should bike for 15-20 for a warm-up. not sure what to do . Im 43 and out of shape. I have a feeling his ones going to hurt
