i will finish Jillian's 90 day body revolution Saturday and I was planning to do 30DS beginning next week, along with some lifting (Bill Phillips 5-25 transformation). I actually have the other 2 dvds listed....thank you Groupon. I'm in, but I will be starting April 29th.

i'm on weeks 11/12 and have another week and a half to go. I will start Bill Phillips 5-25 transformation, 30 ds, elliptical, and walking for the next 4 to 12 weeks. Then I will probably do JMBR again after that.

I don't like bananas with spots either. I slice bananas up, put them in baggies, and freeze them. I use them in smoothies every day.

I started week 9 on Monday and 9 is tough, 10 is a bit better and the cardio was tough yesterday. I have lower back issues (ruptured L4/L5) so I have to do a lot of modifications but I plan to finish the 90 days.

I started phase 3 on Monday and I am using 3, 5, and 10 lb weights and I wear my wrist weights at the same time also (.5 lbs each).

I don't post often but I am on MFP daily. I am finishing up week 8 on Saturday. Most days I add in walking or some time on the elliptical. It's challenging but I'm am beginning to see a difference in my clothes and the scale is moving down. 20 lbs so far.

I am finishing up week 7 tomorrow. I have back issues (ruptured L4 and L5) so I have had to modify the exercises more for weeks 7/8. I plan to stick with it though. I feel better and the pounds are dropping....slowly.

I discovered nutella last year....it's awesome. hate peanut butter though. I can't wait to try it with greek yogurt and nutella with banana looks good too.

I use a Ninja to make my smoothies at home and another blender at work. My blender at work is smaller and my smoothies turn out more like a milk shake.
