I should have been more clear..M 2nd child was 4....not a new mom..I wasn't aiming to lose fast..just a nice 1-2 pounds a week..some week I would only lose .4 next week..2 or 3...I agree with everyone...,make it lifestyle change and it will come off

sounds great!!! If u want to indulge a little (change your settings to maintain) and it will show you the calories to maintain)..then when you get back..no matter how u feel....start fresh and get back to it...enjoy your vacation!!!

yes it is possible..I lost 38 pounds in 16 weeks after my 2nd child....doing weight watchers and pilates and running....however I was "skinny fat"....now after baby 4 I do lots more strength training mixed with cardio

personally the after effects on your liver and other organs not worth it....eat good...exercise and have a healthy lifestyle..eating all foods in moderation

I weigh every single item and when doing my own recipe..use the CREATE RECIPE to figure the exact calories etc....my tips..LOTS OF WATER..wake up and drink one glass asap...eat breakfast w-in hour (even if not hungry) I will have toast...or eggs...or oatmeal..or fruit...biggest meal in the day but I try to never go over…

Ok looking thru it, I haven't used mfp food tracker for months!! But looking at my papers...my calories netted is anywhere from 700-1400 a day....and I know that is not good!! I'm going to log everything into mfp starting now!!!

Mfp has me at 1800 calories (losing 1 pound a week)...it is very hard for me to eat this ESP when burning 300-500 calories a day in exercise...when I got down to 152 after baby 2 I did it w weight watchers and eating around 1200-1400 calories a day and doing 20 minute Pilates and treadmill 20 min a day.
