First time I've seen this thread - I love the idea! Just for Today 3/20 1) No candy or junk food, even if it fits in my day. 2) Log everything I eat and be under my calorie goal. 3) Drink at least 8 glasses of water

I will eat some of the calories back if I'm hungry, which is probably 50% of the time. I use an HRM when I exercise to get a better estimate of how much I burn.

If I have something sweet around, I'll have a small serving. If I don't have anything on hand, I resort to chocolate milk. I try not to go out and buy something if I'm craving sweets, that leads to bad things :laugh:
