I grabbed a coat this morning because it was unusually chilly heading off to work... Keep in mind that this is my go-to coat that was very form-fitting about 6 months ago. Well, today I was SWIMMING in it. I went to button it up and was in utter disbelief... I've lost enough weight at this point (30 lbs) that I could bring…

Wow. I'm just stunned by how amazing and resilient you are! Incredible transformation... Thanks for giving me a little boost in my own motivation today! :)
-
Amazing transformation, and you look FABULOUS! Congratulations!
-
Amazing changes! Look at those teeny wrists and flatter tummy! :noway: Go you!

So many, but definitely Celine Dion and My Heart Will Go On. ....That's right. No shame in my game. I will belt that sucker with witnesses, complete with chest pound at the end.

WOW. The difference is SO noticeable! You've motivated me to get my butt back on that program... I was so sore and miserable after day 1 that I didn't want to go back.
-
Amazing difference. Congratulations on making every moment of your hard work count! :drinker:

I love this!!!

Well, when we work out more, our bodies process nutrients differently and more efficiently. So I suppose it's possible that a combination of reducing the foods that trigger your headaches (with smaller portions) and exercising regularly (and therefore absorbing the nutrients from these foods more fully) would result in…

This hasn't happened to me, but it's happened to my mom. She used to get headaches regularly, just like you, even horrendous migraines that would leave her out of commission for a couple of days. Like me, she's battled with her weight for years, though unlike me hates vegetables and lighter foods in general.... At her…

Yeahhhhh... I totally teared up reading this. :flowerforyou: Congratulations on all of your hard work in this transformation! There is absolutely NOTHING half-assed about what you've achieved. Thank you for sharing your story thus far-- VERY inspirational!

Oh, I'm in for a total overhaul, haha.

Eating. *sigh*

Congrats, that's an amazing loss for such a short amount of time! Hang in there and stay strong!! :drinker:
-
You look amazing! What did you do to achieve this (badass) level of success?!! :drinker:
-
That too! haha
-
Hahahaha. Stealing this for sure...

THIS. I am the same way (high in protein and low in fat and carbs), and I eat a lot of these things, too. Also, cottage cheese!

I’ve seen a lot of posts in the forums with people who have moved on to other Jillian Michaels dvds and incorporate aspects of the 30DS when they feel like it. Or some start it over again, but switch up the levels for varied difficulty. I know that Ripped in 30 is supposed to be very similar, but more challenging over all.…

I get a lot of the classic "Cali girl" looks in my gym... I'm a California girl myself, but I would NEVER wear a baggy sweatshirt, short-shorts, fishnets, and uggs to work out. And all of them have the same messy top bun hairstyle, too... I get flashbacks to freshman year of college every time.

The Star Wars Trilogy and Pride & Prejudice.

Rocks, shells, coins, pogs........ Anything this only-child could get her hands on, basically. haha
-
Clearly, you rock. :flowerforyou:

Best thread in the history of EVER. :noway: You all look incredible... Thanks for the motivation!

Orange County right here! :glasses:

Yes, this. If he's already checked out of the relationship and hasn't had the balls to tell you this himself, it'll be immediately apparent based on his reaction to your silence. Don't waste anymore of your time, energy, and emotion chasing him down for a connection. If he still wants it to happen, it'll happen. And I'm…

You ROCK, plain and simple. Congratulations on tranforming your life so thoroughly and beautifully!
-
Love it! First off, congrats to you. :) That's a great NSV. Secondly, I have to say that I completely agree with working tea into your everyday routine. I know we're all told that green tea is best for boosting metabolism, but I'm generally a black tea kinda girl, which isn't nearly as good for you. I only recently…

WOW. I see a huge difference in those pics... You look amazing, and should be proud of how far you've come!
