Protein sources low in fat???

Options
I have reviewed my food intake for a while and I always exceed the carbs and fat, but come in way under for protein. Do you guys know a great protein source low in fat and carbs?

My usual snack is plain Fage 0% Greek yogurt. A 6 oz. individual cup has 100 calories and 18 grams of protein.

Chicken, turkey, seafood...all high in protein. Incorporate more beans, legumes, etc. for non-animal sources.

I am almost always high on protein and under on carbs and fat. I eat a lot of vegetables and the above items. I eat these things almost every day in different ways.

For starters, most fat is not bad, and a healthy diet should contain 20-30% fat, some even go higher.

Lean meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc)
    cottage cheese (low fat)
    low fat Greek Yogurt
    edamame
    Tofu
    low fat fish
    protein bars
    protein powders
    egg whites
    etc.

When I'm trying to keep my protein up and carbs and fat down, I'll have three egg whites in the microwave it's quick and easy.
3 large egg whites have 10.7g of protein, 0.17 grams of fat and only 0.72g of carbs.

THIS. I am the same way (high in protein and low in fat and carbs), and I eat a lot of these things, too. Also, cottage cheese!

Protein Shakes. Mine are simple: Cup of unsweetened almond milk, tbsp peanut butter, maybe a banana, and chocolate protein powder with 24g of protein per scoop. I have around 3 shakes a day, but I'm also shooting for 150-200g of protein a day.

Id say look into some getting protein supplements, but I found that lean turkey has lots of protein. Also roast beef is good as well. Great for sandwiches :-)
