  • What I did was went to a second hand sport shop and bought 5lb and 10 weights. I also bought a medicine ball and a jump rope. So when I dont feel like going to the gym I cant work out at home!!Good Luck!! Remember that this is not a quick fix this is a lifestyle. So you will have to take babysteps and stick with it:happy:

  • I love the Lean cuisine the sandwhiches are great and I love the lean pockets.Of course I dont eat them for lunch everyday I switch it up with leftovers or I make a salad.But those are a few of my favs:tongue: They work great when your in a rush.But I wouldnt have them everyday

  • Also try to eat more protien and fiber. I eat oatmeal in the morning because i know that I will not be hungry for a while.   • I would say do interval training. When you do your cardio start slow and then after a mintue or two give all you have and then go slow again. Also,change up your weight routine.Hope this helps:flowerforyou:
