  • Me tooooo!!! 1 slice of Cinnamon Raisin Toast 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter I switched up today and had honey dew melon Try it on a toasted english muffin!!! Yummy!!!
  • When I feel like that I take a nice hot bath with some kind of bath salt. Then I will try to get a massage for my honey but that doesn’t work all:grumble: the time so I just kind of massage myself and stretch. That should help!that normally loosen me up.:smile:
  • Checking in!!! I weighed myself on Monday and i have lost 4 pounds!!! So I am now at 192 my 4th of July goal weight is 180 so 12 pounds to go!!!!:smile:
