  • I've heard that a salt flush that goes along with the Master Lemonade Cleanse can do it quickly. I prefer Smooth Move Tea, which I take before bed and I'm ready in the morning. Hope that helps! Have a great day.

  • A trainer told a friend that you're not supposed to look as if your dancing on it. I guess you're supposed to hold your core steady. I tried it and my heart rate goes up. As far as hands, I guess you would need them to hold steady. Otherwise, you'll be going all over the place.
  • When white rice is all you have all day in a limited amount, yeah you'll probably be a size 0-5. A bariatric doctor told a friend that when it comes to food, "if it's white, it aint right"
  • Walking is great, but a skinny friend of mine told me that all the health mags say that you don't burn as many calories. I looked it up and doing the same amount of time on the elliptical, I can burn double the calories. I love to walk, but at the gym I prefer the higher calorie burn.

  • Absolutely love the wal-mart brand called "marketside". But the calories are a lot. I used to eat it as a dip, but now I use it as a substitute for butter or mayo (a tablespoon max!) The fiber is a plus :)

  • This is a great site, but just remember to love yourself starting now for long term success. I only say this because it is something I am working on. I have lost and gained, the only problem being I never appreciated myself and always thought I needed to lose more in order to feel good. Hope this helps. Keep up the good…
