Hello my name is Dina and I live in Frostburg, Md. I have had trouble with my weight ever since I have had children. I just can't seem to get the weight off. So I am going to curves to exercise and I am trying myfitness pal to help me try to lose the weight that I need to lose.

    I lost alot when I use to go to Curves. The one around here shut down :(
    I have been on this site alittle over two weeks and it has really helped.

    This site is great because awarness is key. I've only been on this for two weeks and countless times I have said no to food because I knew I would have to log it in. And at first I was hungry, but I'm getting used to it and I feel better already. Keep up the good work, it pays off :)
