THREE things that stand out to me: 1) I have bagged 3 huge leaf bags full of clothes (so far) that no longer fit = BARELY ANYTHING LEFT TO WEAR 2) When I go shopping for new clothes, I keep looking at the old size that I was and then realize that size no longer fits me. I love - 1 cup of frozen blueberries (place in a bowl) add about 3 tablespoons of skim milk and mix add a small packet of sugar substitute or raw sugar and mix. It is like a quick fresh low calorie ice cream.

Thank you all for the GREAT advice! I think when I work out and burn over 700 calories, my body wants to consume food for the workout.
