Im Trudie, I have a young son whi is three, I want to loose 30lbs I'dlove to get it off by August but I know it wont happen and I am more liley to carry on if Idont have a time frame as I';; get disheartend and give up if if dont loose it all, I want to go slow this time and keep it off :) feel free to add

Ive been looking for exactly the same thing!"!! I have a watch but I need to press the sensors to pick up my heart rate so I'm not sure how accurate that would be, as it;s at different levels throughout my workouts! If any one knows of one I'd like to know too !! :)

I try to eat healthy but I dont eat clean, :) I dont have a success story yet as I am only a couple of weeks into using MFP but it would be good to have some friends who es similar things to me :) I workout 3-4 times a week at the moment x

I was advised by my PT not to eat my exercise calories back :) hope this helps

I had a similar problem with not loosing much - i am fairly new too, I spoke to my PT at the gym and he advised me not to eat my exercise calories (which I was before) I stopped this and lost 2lbs :) hope this helps. :)

I was doing weight watchers too - I recently switched over the MFP a couple of weeks ago! Im feeling much better and enjoying exploring new foods that I would never ahve eaten on weightwatchers due to high pro points value :)
