It's great! I've also completely cut caffeine during this time too! I was drinking about 8-10 cups per day, I was always so tired with my daily grind! The arms are my biggest challenge, they were the one thing I thought I'd be plagued with forever. I am hopeful now though!

I get it trust me. Only for me I am gaining! For the past two weeks I have been trying to tone up, started strength training twice a day, have lost inches and even dropped a pant size. HOWEVER I have gained 4lbs!!! It's a complete downer, and I can't get over it. lol.

My go to sweet thing is honey popcorn. 1/8cup popcorn kernels 1tbsp honey 1tsp butter Throw it in a pot on high heat and when the kernels pop they get covered in the honey mixture. I let it cool in the bowl before eating and its delicious. Crunchy and sweet. Sometimes i add a pinch of salt for a sweet and salty taste.
