oh thanks that means it's the same thing for the peanut i eat everyday? they're 9g of carb (but 4g of fiber, 2g of sugar) so that means only 5g of net carb instead?

DON'T weight yourself every single day you will go crazy! some people don't even lose pounds but they lose fat while gaining muscles. like you said you're doing the 30 days shred which means your body keep more water because your muscles need it to be repair. so there's water weight in it. don't worry about what the scale…

i eat peanuts everyday. they give me 9g of carb everyday but they can full me for like 3-4 hours!

i have a day of carb up every two weeks and it's fabulous. (today is my cheat day by the way i feel so much energy). i think it's so useful, especially when you're doing keto for a long period of time! it gives you all the energy back and help a lot for muscles weakness! to me it is WAY less difficult to go back on keto…

thanks but i didn't post for people to tell me to give up. i saw two of my friends lost more than 40lbs with this diet and i'm gonna keep going. i was just wondering about the calories intake, i'm feeling perfectly good with this diet.

you won't lose weight if you're eating bread on keto for sure! cut all the bread, the pasta, the potatoes, rice, etc. cut even the fruits and cheese for the first week and start with only eggs, meat and vegetables and then you can start to add cheese, peanuts, some fruits, when it's been few days.
