My first half marathon was my first time experiencing the "runner's high." I become a giggley person (which is not typical :P )

I'm going to visit my vaccinated mom and immune suppressed dad across the country. Not sure if I'll fly, or if I'll take a road trip to see some sites on the way. Oh, and hopefully roller derby will be coming back so I can socialize and hit people again. :)

I tried so hard to like it. Even the flavored ones.

I love ice cream and froyo. I used to get nightly soft serve from Sonic... I've limited it a bit more, but I will still treat myself if I so desire.

There's a lot more involved in a weight than fat. There can be variances from water retention, inflammation, etc. Also, if you under eat (1kg/wk is pretty aggressive already) you may lose muscle which will cause your metabolism to lower as well. You still need to support your lean mass with the applicable macros too.

I like carbs... So, depends on if you *want* to avoid them to lose weight. What happens when you lose it? Will you continue or will you revert back? It's a very individual decision, imo.

Do you weigh your food for logging? Try to avoid using volumes for non-fluids, there can be a huge variation in caloric intake.

I use both! I also like to use the incline training ones where you have to go up and down the hills. It can help with boredom as well as challenging your body a little different here and there. I enjoy the walking because it doesn't add to the stress on my joints. I still run to keep my aerobic endurance up, though. Hills…

I'm a numbers junky, so I like to see stats and compare them with my past data.
-
Have you calculated your TDEE? You may need to recalculate and adjust some numbers after losing 75lbs. (congrats, btw)

I LOVE crunchy iceberg lettuce! Adding avocado will definitely make it more filling- that's a great idea!
-
The shakeweight is probably a better exercise than this.
-
You mean like ordering it online and having it delivered or just picking it up? Cause it exists and it's awesome.

An additional thing I do is to appear unapproachable and confident af. Body language can go a long way. I mean, I have angry workout-face, so it's not all that difficult for me. As others have said, letting others know your route is advisable as well. It's rare to be singled-out while running, but sometimes you just have…

Definitely a good idea to get it checked out. A hernia can happen almost anywhere there's an abdominal wall.
-
I actually do adjust what I order by taking it into consideration. I like having it right there. But, I doubt it will work as a whole.

I cannot bring myself to workout consistently in the morning... unless mandated by some force. lol It sucks when I wait too long and it takes awhile to unwind, but I'm much more consistent if I do it at night. Consistency is the best benefit for me. It's definitely an individual thing, I'm a night owl.

It concerns me that the rate of cheating is pretty high, and that has to play a part in the mental aspect of fitness... but I have friends that swear by it. Though, they aren't working out, which worries me.

If it worked so well, you wouldn't be "restarting." MLMs are created to take advantage of people. Why else would they choose to use the model that results in 99% of their consultants losing money? The fact that *anyone* can join and become a pseudo expert on health and fitness is a huge red flag.

Yup, this is important. They are from like $200 to $10,000.

I like it. I am not flexible at all and I'm pretty terrible at it- but it definitely helps and is a big challenge for my muscles. I use it in conjunction with weight training. :)

These always turn into a "how I had it worse and did just fine" thread about "back in my day..."
-
Honestly, I'd be more concerned with the levels of lead in Shakeology. :/
-
What do YOU want it for? The new Ionic will have built in GPS, as does the Surge. The ionic can even be used for swimming. :) My husband loves his Charge 2 HR, he's a pretty big runner, but not interested in mapped runs. I currently wear the Blaze, but I love statistics, graphs, and numbers.

idk, I know of some "obese" athletes that would disagree- some can out-run me. I think either stance is over-simplified.

Dare or desire? lol

Nothing to file under "Food and Nutrition."

With food?

Well, I know that places that work with sensitive/classified information do not allow anything that can connect via bluetooth, wifi, or USB.

Only Facebook acquaintances try to sell me that (and other) crap. So, yeah, not really good friends. It's a pyramid scheme by another name.
