Nice work!

For breakfast I have two GG Unique Fiber Scandinavian Bran Crispbread crackers and one Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese spread over the tops. It is only 75 calories but REALLY fills me up (I cannot figure out why, because I would starve to death if I had bread with cheese on it instead).

If your friends say it is a good plan, then I think they would be better to answer. Hopefully they'll let you borrow all the stuff that comes with it so you don't have to waste your money on calendars and dvds.

Losing weight all over will help you obtain a flat stomach

Kimchi is the perfect salty snack. SUPER low in calories, and contains probiotics.

Try it and report back - they sure make the best protein bars, maybe they've cracked the code on noodle making too

I live alone and spend about $100-$180/month on food, depending on what is in season (In the PNW) Dog food isn't included, my chihuahua eats a 4lb bag of food every 5 months or so for $14.99

Diet Dr Pepper tastes the least like diet. Diet Coke is super carbonated and I am unfortunately addicted. I can't do Diet Pepsi, it is "flatter" and I can taste the artificial sweetner in it because it isn't being covered up by bubbles

I like sleep more than anything, so my mornings are always rushed. I keep Quest bars in my desk for when I'm hungry in the morning. They have 20 grams of protein and are SO incredibly filling (I've never found any other bars to be filling). They aren't actually "food" I guess, but it's better for me to eat one when I'm…

Free, kind of. I have an AWESOME 24 hour gym in my building (we even have kettle bells and balance platforms), but the rent is INCREDIBLY high, so while the gym is technically "free", I'm paying for it with my crazy high rent. My employer reimburses 50% of any health club fees, so if I were to join a "real" gym it would at…

Not to mention she HAD A GYM IN HER HOUSE. Come on..

It's not really effective for tracking calories. It's more for the novelty of how many fuel points you can get in a day vs your friends.

I wear an 8, sometimes a 6, and I too am considered obese.. So I don't think that clothing size is really a good indicator of being "fat"

I can't get up in the morning either. I get up at 7 for work and THAT is hard enough for me. I leave for work at 8:15 and get home from work at around 7. I've started taking my boxer out on runs when I get home, that way it satisfies my desire to spend doggie time first thing when I get home, and he now expects it so I…

hard boiled eggs are filing and a lot of work to peel :)

Eeew.. fruit mixed with cottage cheese sounds horrible to me. I like fat free cottage cheese with salt sprinkled on top. I do NOT recommend Kraft cottage cheese. It is horrible.

You could always do a little legwork and enter the entire recipe into the "my recipes" section in the food tab. It will calculate the calories per serving.

The definition of fruit is "The sweet and fleshy product of a tree or other plant that contains seed and can be eaten as food." Everything that you listed, minus the spinach, has seeds (although I would be dissapointed if I purchased applesauce that had seeds in it).
