Just starting out - will this help me achieve great results?

So, I posted here and someone accused me trying to hijack a thread so I thought I would make my own! :D

I've started working out recently and a lot of my friends said that MI40 workout plan is great!

It's this one:

Does anyone here have worked out by this one? I'm just starting out and I'm looking for good plan and I am felling really motivated right now!

Any opinion or help would be great!

    If your friends say it is a good plan, then I think they would be better to answer. Hopefully they'll let you borrow all the stuff that comes with it so you don't have to waste your money on calendars and dvds.

    I just wanted to get some more info before trying anything out and thought, that someone here would have used it and could give some opinion or advise some other better method if they know one...
