Zero Noodles

Hi everyone!

I just got two packets of Zero Noodles and I'm ready to try them.

While there are a good few recipes online, I can't seem to find any that list the calories in each recipe.

Can anyone recommend some good sites that list the calories??

You could always do a little legwork and enter the entire recipe into the "my recipes" section in the food tab. It will calculate the calories per serving.

As I find recipes, I will usually check the calories of items needed online and as I shop at the store check calories of various brands of items needed. Then I usually make my own recipe (under my recipes on this site). Then I divide it into how many servings I plan to make it. That way the calories are accurate. Sometimes there might be lower fat, or lower sodium items that might make the recipe more healthy or lower in calories. Then in the future when you make that recipe, you can go to your recipes and hover your mouse over the recipe and choose to add it to your diary.
