When I get tired of drinking water, I will add some green tea powder. It tastes good and it's healthy. I use this kind but the small portable single serve packets. I got them at Walmart. http://www.walmart.com/ip/4C-Green-Tea-Iced-Tea-Mix-53-oz/10307380

I just saw that new movie Temptation last night. So depressing. At the end, I literally felt drained and so sad. Ugh...never again.

I'm currently in a swimming class and the first day I wore a one piece (fitness swimsuit so the girls don't get unruly) and some workout shorts. Now I just wear the one piece by itself because I don't care anymore. I'm there to workout and I'll be under water most of the time anyway.

Wow....removing the following from my Netflix queue: End of Watch, We Need to Talk about Kevin, Up, and The Pianist +1 for Boy in Striped Pajamas, Kids, Hotel Rwanda, Last House on the Left, P.S. I Love you, Rosewood, Lovely Bones, American History X, Atonement, Precious, For Colored Girls -- I actually read the book of…

I bought one about a month or two ago and I LOVE it. I make a drink once a day. My "go to" right now is my green juice...1 handful of spinach leaves, 1 large stalk of celery, 1/2 cucumber, 1 kiwi, 1 green apple, 1 pear and a little honey and water. It's great and there's no other way I would get spinach and celery in my…

This. So @GracieGirl, if you have documentation that she cannot eat it, then you can use it. Also, make sure to keep all of your receipts.

Hi, I made some Zucchini Pasta last month and I just ate it raw. However, I did soak them in warm water for 5 mins to give them an "authentic" feel. The sauce I made isn't vegan but I'm sure either one of the raw and cooked tomato versions are fine. I have the post on my blog with pictures for anyone that's interested:…

Yes, thank you. That's why I specifically stated Celiacs Disease and posted the link. There are specific directions that one should follow as outlined by the organization.

This. I was diagnosed in Aug/Sept of 2011. At first I eliminated everything wheat related from my diet and then I found the substitutes and gained weight. Sometimes I crave a sandwich so I use Whole Foods Gluten Free sandwich bread which is really good. Also just discovered, Schar White Rolls this weekend. Other than that,…

You don't necessarily have to buy a dvd. Go on you tube and check out Fitness Blender (380 videos), Tiffany Rothe, Zumba, etc.

lol That explains everything! Sisters can be catty sometimes..trust me I have a younger one. But the fact that she's your twin, maybe she's always thought of herself as the better/prettier/funnier/whatever one. However, now that you're losing weight and maybe have some other positive things going on in your life, she's…

There's a girl in the finance office at my job that uses one. It's a stability ball inside a 3 wheel roller just like a chair. She said it helps a lot with her posture.

@Howl_Shadowkn and giggitygoo- Can you please share your recipes? :flowerforyou: Thanks!

I love Vanilla Almond Milk!! I buy the small juice pack sized ones because the flavor is perfect. I'm afraid that if I get the big size, it won't taste the same lol

Hope this works.... "Almost Veggie Pasta" from last night's dinner. The pasta is actually zucchini and squash. I have the recipe on my blog: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/MsFree09

lol I roll my eyes too...they get no sympathy from me.

Exactly, if you don't HAVE to, please don't! You know what I wouldn't give for some regular chocolate chip cookies or a slice of carrot cake lol This is not a walk in the park!

I think there are some people who treat it as a fad. Like it's some new lose weight quick scheme. I wholeheartedly disagree. Yes, once you eliminate breads and some processed foods, you will lose weight...that's common sense. But then your body adjusts. You find other ways to eat and other alternatives. The reason you…

Hi, I have Celiac Disease and trust me it is no fad. Celiac is an autoimmune disorder. Like others have stated there are different levels of tolerance. I also got debilitating stomach and pelvic pain when I digested wheat/gluten. Think cramps times 100. I also got hives....red, raised itchy inflamed splotches all over my…

Hey Nikki! You sound just like me. I'm 260 and this is the heaviest I've been EVER. At the beginning of 2012 I weighed 220-225, then I met my boyfriend and now I'm 260 and he's 235 from 190. Don't get discouraged!!! It's better if you guys try to lose weight together. I don't know where you live but try walking (leisurely…
