Do any of you use a stability ball in the place of a chair in your office?

    I have noticed that the staff in my gym all use balls instead of chairs, not sure any benefits this does or doesn't bring.

    There's a girl in the finance office at my job that uses one. It's a stability ball inside a 3 wheel roller just like a chair. She said it helps a lot with her posture.

    Be sure to check with management to see if they are allowed in your office. I was told "No" :grumble:

    i used one at my last job and i havent gotten around to brining one in to my new job but i should get on that. i noticed my abs and back were tired the first few days but eventually i got used to it and liked it. it provides some benefits for the posture and your core musles. i have read many articles and studies about how sitting in an office chair is so un-natural for our bodies so i am all for anything that breaks that up
