Quick Tax Tip for Celiacs/Gluten Free

If you have Celiacs Disease and purchase Gluten Free items, you are eligible for a tax deduction. You can be reimbursed for a portion of your expenses. Just found this out last week and I definitely utilized it!

    Must be diagnosed as a legitimate medical condition (not just 'gluten-free is healthier' and I would imagine you should probably have your receipts saved somewhere in case you get audited.

    Yes, thank you. That's why I specifically stated Celiacs Disease and posted the link. There are specific directions that one should follow as outlined by the organization.
