Pita chips with sea salt. Oh, dear.

Yay for all you guys! I had a long hike in the morning and a TON of grilled veggies for supper! It was amazing how many barbecued peppers, broccoli and mushrooms I ate and still came in under my calorie goal.

I get mad, and tell myself "Pick it up, b*tch, pick it UP!"

I cut off contact with my mother 3 years ago. Too many people say "But they are your family, you have to work it out." Some things are too hurtful to be worked out. She is not going to change who she is, and I am no longer willing to tolerate her behavior. If I would not accept hurtful behavior from a stranger or friend,…

Long- below my tailbone. Too lazy to change it.

Dairy. Terrible stomach cramps, diarrhea. Even a little Parmesan cheese on pasta is a disaster.

I work with all guys, and I finally kept them from stealing all my Ibuprofen by putting it in a Midol bottle. Apparently they thought their willie would fall off if they touched it, because I never lost another Ibuprofen! Perhaps a Midol/Tampax/Kotex sticker on it would help?

I guess I have not been paying attention to my breathing. What should it look like?

Nori. I know it's incredibly good for us vegetarians, but it tastes like fish *kitten*.

"Yea I did Insanity one time in boxer shorts and I think I performed a helipenis about 5 times. That was the last time I wore those." [/quote] Helipenis!! I'm dying from the mental image!!!

Nori Cantaloupe beets Just, eww.

They will pry my 3 daily cans of Diet Pepsi out of my cold, dead hands! Seriously, I will cut a *****.
-
"Diet soda is bad for you. Causes cancer and you will have 3-headed babies." I swear, anyone touches my Diet Pepsi and there will be bloodshed.

Nice!!

I think that sometimes people need to separate for a while to gain perspective and seriously consider their relationship. I have been married for 23 years,so I have some understanding of the stresses of a marriage. Separating is a serious step, but I think that it sometimes needs to happen.

When I see someone who is very heavy at the gym, my reflex thought is "Good on you!". I would never tell them that, I fear it would sound patronizing, but I am admiring their working toward improving their health. It never occurred to me to have any negative thoughts, we're all there for the same reason!

My friend had both big toenails removed. As a distance runner, her toenails were always ingrown and painful. I took her yoga classes and could not even tell they were gone. There is a "callus" where the nail used to be and she painted it with toenail polish just like her other toes, you couldn't tell any difference. (not…

I also use protein powder (Pure Protein brand)in my coffee. I am not a breakfast eater. If you put the powder in the coffee cup, then add a little coffee and smoosh out the lumps, then add the rest of the coffee = no lumps! High protein hot mocha in the a.m.!

I have been a vegetarian for 30+ years, have not had nightmares that weren't tied to life events. YMMV

Candy corn and jelly beans. All artificial dyes and colors, no natural anything. I will eat them until I get a headache.

I work in healthcare and am also conflicted about this. People say "It's nobody else's business if I get fat." Except it is. When you (general "you") get sick or injured, I have to manually move you from bed to stretcher to commode, etc. Even with great lifting technique and help from others, I will continue to get hurt. It…

Mayo. Full fat, full sodium mayo. Nom, nom, nom. A nice, generous amount on sandwiches, eggs, etc. (2 tbsp? Pffft!) There is no substitute that compares, so I decided to just make room in my calories for it.

I hate eating in the morning, so I have: I scoop Syntha-6 (chocolate milkshake flavor) stirred into hot coffee with 1 big spoon of artificial sweetener. High protein hot cocoa! 22 grams protein, 200 calories, 30 secs to make. Sincerely, The Laziest Vegetarian in the World

Was loading up building supplies in the store parking lot, a woman behind me said "Wait a minute hon, I'll help you. You're too little to lift that by yourself." NSV #1: I am strong enough to do it myself after weight lifting. Yay! NSV#2: I'm so little? Oh. My. Gosh.

Woo Hoo!!!!! That is awesome!

I love having had a hysterectomy! Feel so much better afterwards! I had it laparoscopically, and it was easy. I didn't have pain during the recovery, but I did feel VERY fatigued for a couple of weeks. I would take short, easy walks and rest after. Did not gain weight, but I was careful about what I ate. Remember to eat…

I use Splenda in my protein shakes, and I like it! Satisfies my sweet tooth without killing my calorie count.
-
I'm a strict vegetarian, so it's hard to meet my protein macro. A shake or protein bar as a snack makes it easy.

I put the "overage" onto the next day's breakfast. I am starting out with fewer calories to burn for the day, but that way it averages out over 2 days.

After a bad day: "Pick your head up, Princess, or the crown will fall."
