I believe that the world health organizations recommendation is 26 grams a day but I don't see that as very obtainable. I think that your best bet is to reduce your sugar intake as much as you are comfortable without killing yourself over it.

hi im emma ad im a sugarholic well to be honest sugar isnt my only problem, i also have a problem with fried foods, starchy foods like bread and pretzels and sugary drinks... wait a second i think that covers just about every bad food craving there is :( Im working on ith though Grate job on your ongoing change!!!

Hey and welcome back I'm currently doing month one of insanity. I have had to take a break for 2 days because im sick as a dog though. Its nice to hear how successful you were with the program i can only hope i meet my goals.

If you do end up deciding to take it please be very careful. If you don't take enough water with it it can cause pretty bad bowel obstructions. I think it suggests 1 8oz glass with it and at least 6-8 more glasses during the day. I dont remember all the details and dont feel like going into all my nursing notes but it is…

I cant breath when im around strong perfume.. or fresh perfume. allergic reactions when trying to work out aren't fun. I think the gym should definitely a sent free zone :) and everywhere else for that matter.

I haven't found them easier at all but i have found i have been able to push myself harder and longer. I have lost around 5lbs since starting and feel like im stronger but it inst a very visual change
