glad to report that I have been doing much better this week. I have stayed in my carb count and have done dvds to burn more calories. I have lost most of the weight I gained from my insane birthday week binge and I feel that I will make it close to my goal.

You look like misty may-treanor's little sister. In case you don't know who she is she is a two time olympic gold beach volleyball star and arguably the best female volleyball player of all time. SO you have done an outstanding job on your weightloss. congrats.

This is the first I am hearing of youbars. I will definitely check it out. Have you tried the ATkins bars? I have them and they net only 3 carbs.

I managed to do 45 minutes of aerobic exercise along with an hour of cleaning and moving furniture. SO I guess I am back in this for real.

Saturday I am going to do two 30 minute dvds. Sunday I am in church and go to visit my brother in the nursing home so I will work out when I get home.

That sounds geat I wonder if there is something like that here in Chicago. I am definitely going to research it. I usually buy organic fruits and veggies from Wholefood but getting them delivered to my door would be awesome.

Thanks for the encouragement JCP. I did manage to pull myself out of bed and a 45 minute dvd. I love walking and was up to 10 miles every other day until last Friday when I decidedto try and jog which I did for about four blocks. However I injured my achilles tendon doing so and now I have a boot on my leg. So I have to do…

Hey, I am getting a late start but I am ready to go. Freezing here in Chicago but I am going to do a brisk mile walk while I wait for my daughter to get out of school. Have some back pain but can still do moderate exercise. Baked chicken and greens on the menu for dinner

I am in too. A day late but like they say "better late than never." My challenge is to exercise everyday fro at least 20 minutes and track all my food. Keep the numbers going down and not up like they did after my vacation.

Pop is my weakness trying to stop drinking it but it is so hard. I'd rather drink pepsi than eat
