are you drinking enough water? and not to be too gross but are you having regular bm's? water weight, hormones (monthly visitor/pms), and constipation can all effect weight.

I think the default setting is private and I didn't realize I wasn't sharing for a few weeks. while some people may hide it because they are ashamed or embarrassed others may not realize they have theirs set on private.

I've lost an average two year old, when I weigh in tomorrow I will be close to losing the amount of cheese an average person eats in a year!.....my son is so not an average two year old, he's around 3 feet tall and 34lbs! lol

I think generally speaking it is that simple but when you're doing things the same way and getting results two weeks then not the next I don't think it's simply just that.

Yeah that seems to be me...I do track that stuff too and it doesn't seem to make a difference. It really is a definite cycle of two weeks lose and one week no loss or slight gain then two weeks lose...etc...

No, I try to vary my calorie intake once a week and at the gym I do strength training very other day, cardio (treadmill, arc, or elliptical) everyday. I am 5'6" and I started at 215lb, I am currently 196lbs and 32 years old if that helps.

I agree with the vitatop muffin tops!!! 100 calories, filling, plus help if you are craving cake or muffins!! they actually do taste great! I like the chocolate ones or banana chocolate chip ones best. I get them at target for $4 a box sometimes they are on sale for 3.50. they are also a good size for 100 cals!

I can weigh myself every morning without it driving me crazy...others can't. I only more"weigh in" once a week but I just like to keep an eye on it. I think if it doesn't drive you crazy then weigh whenever you want.
