I understand how you feel. Some days are harder than others and for some people it takes longer than others. Take one day at a time and don't get down on yourself and give up. Thank you very much ladies, I am not trying to get pregnant but we are trying to get my hormones in order. And see if it will help with the weight issue. She is starting me out at 250 2x per day then up to 500 2x per day if it does not make me sick.
