I am down over 130+ pounds. The thing I found most helpful is to NEVER skip a meal. Eat breakfast and have a snack 2 hours later. Eat lunch and a snack two hours later. East dinner and a snack 2 hours later. It keeps your metabolism running and out of starvation mode. It might be tough in the beginning, but just keep it up…

I started on June 1st and have lost 29 pounds. I eat a healthy diet, 1200 calories per day and also do very little exercise. I think sometimes it just pours off. I started out at 262 pounds and just hit 233 today. I think as long as we are eating right and getting the proper nutrition, we will be ok. I totally understand…

I know where you are coming from! I also work a desk job and sit all day long. Even if they buy your food every day (they do at my job too), I still bring my lunch. This way I know what I am eating. It is tough to say no to free pizza and hamburgers for sure, but just remember that saying "nothing tastes so good than thin…

I say if they fit well and are not too revealing and you feel good when you wear them, then go for it. You will know when something is inappropriate. I would suggest a balanced diet of meat, fruits and veggies. Low in carbs and high in protein. Graze on low calories in between and don't go over your calories for the day.
