Hello, Im relatively new here and from San Antonio, Texas

I started this site about a month ago or so and its much easier to get on track and meet my goals. Tracking everything (food, exercise, snacks, weight) keeps me motivated! I also realized I was not exercising enough so I have kicked things in high gear. If anyone needs someone to keep them motivated, please make me your friend :smile: trust me, I need it myself! Its not easy waking up at 5:30AM, rolling out of bed, putting running shoes on and hitting the pavement for an hour or so each day (except Saturday thats my relaxation day).

February 1st, 2011 - I weighed 285 pounds
Today, I weighed in around 230
Total weight lost since Feb 1st: 55 pounds!

30 more pounds to lose :smile:
