I don't know the answer either but would be very interested to hear some replies. I hate to drink water but really try to get alot down. And usually just guzzle it to get it over with. Is that a bad thing?

I read on here a few wks ago to add about a tablespoon of chocolate chips to a cup of berries (strawberries or blueberries) and eat it that way. I tried it and was so glad I did. If you can find a Zumba class in your area, I highly recommend them. They are about the most fun you can have while burning calories and the time absolutely Flies. It might be enough to get you motivated to do more, too. Good Luck.:smile:
