I'm taking my dogs for a 40 minute brisk walk in addition to the 30DS. I burn more calories during the walk - crazy as that is... I only burn 185 calories doing the video, so for me that's not enough for the day. I feel any extra work I put in, the faster I'll see results (and summer is just around the corner)!!! :)

Day 3 done late last night. Had a terrible sports bra on, so the jumping jacks/jump rope were terrible! ugh. That ones going in the trash. LOL

Day 2 HRM was 185 - I was able to push thru more than Day 1. Still crazy to think I burn more calories walking my dogs than that workout... Oh well, a burn is a burn... :) My thighs are sure sore from all the squats... LOL

Just completed Day 2! Much easier doing it this afternoon instead of late last night. More energy, I guess. Now off to walk the dogs! Keep those calories burning!! :)
