Also you should get advice on how to treat and prevent the ankle and knee injuries. Best would be a doctor, but of course that might not be possible for everyone. However, if you are going to the running store, you can get "free" advice and tips.

You can add me. I only weigh myself every few days, mostly because I get frustrated that so much work and no change on the scale.

Amazing. Well done. How long did it take you?

Great work. You look awesome. :drinker:

Seconded. I have read loads of fantasy and some sci-fi. But aside from Firefly comics, I haven't ready anything steampunk related that was very good. I do love alternative history types of novels and how the author thinks things would have different. I really adore the Temaraire novels (maybe not Tongue of Serpents).

That's awesome. Almost there!

Great job! You look awesome.

Joss did work with a comic illustrator and some others to create "The Shepherd's Tale" graphic novel. That has Shepard's back story according to Joss.

Great work! Keep up the progress.

Congratulations! :drinker:

I do get what you are saying. Without having GRRM to explain/defend them, there is no way to know for sure. I bet there are many GoT fans that would agree with you as there are many like myself that aren't really bothered by it. I guess that is what makes books/movies/sports fun to discuss and debate; that there are…

I agree they are a plot device, but not all characters have to be complex or woven throughout the story for them to matter. It could be that they are there to show how desperate the Night's Watch is, that they will take a cannibal. They end up in the Band of Brothers to end up having Brienne kill Rorge but get her face…

If I remember correctly, you haven't finished all the books. Biter does come up in Dance with Dragons and Rorge is mentioned as well. As far as why they were chosen, I think that there wasn't much choice. By the time of the events of the books, the Black Watch was only being stocked with the vile and desperate men. Yoren…

Excellent job! For those who are worried/upset that they haven't moved the scale, this post would be great motivation. Look so much different with only a few lbs on the scale!

Great work!

The trade off is that men just wear pants. It might be jeans or khaki, but its basically the same thing. Women have a much larger variety so designers have much more leeway in sizing. It does suck and most designers don't really care about accuracy, only selling. I have read numerous stories on how some high end stores…

+1 Can't believe forgot about Maleficent

Awesome! "RoboCop trilogy isn't going to watch itself"!

Good work! Keep it up.
Best part is you are both trying to make the same point.....
Both saying the same thing... ...except one interjected awkwardly and is doing it much more angrily than the other. This thread continues to deliver.
Yep...
Is that car from Krypton?
Most van trailers are little more…

Hello all. Just started using MFP to track my diet and exercise. I've been an Atheist for awhile and definitely get irked when people use "God's will or God's plan" for things that happen or don't happen in life. I am not sure how much support/motivation I can find online, but do not need empty faith-based platitudes for…

Hello fellow Minnesotans. I live in the northern metro. Using MFP for some inspiration/motivation assistance and a way to track my diet and exercise that wont get lost or forgotten at work/car/messy house :)

If its your profile pic, it looks like it will be awesome. How much time will it have taken once it's all finished?
