I just used the chipotle and fresco one this morning. I made an over easy egg, one slice of turkey bacon and the wedge of cheese on a homemade biscuit. I havent tried it in cooking yet , but you all have gave me some great ideals.

i dont have a book to recommend. i have a notebook that i write down any recipe that i find online. then i "fix it" to match my needs. I also leave one whole page just for that recipe so i can make notes incase i change something or do things different.

The best advice I can give you is to google recipe sites. This way you know what you like and what fits your lifestyle. It takes some practice but you can make almost any recipe healthier. Pinterest also has alot of recipes or ideals and can lead you to places that you might not have thought of to look.

With it being so fast paced I was also coming home starving. I upped my calories at work. I would have about 75% of my calories at work. That helped with not be starving when I came home. You can have your primary care doctor set you for an xray to rule out the stress fracture and then he can tell you which doctor would be best to see. Not sure if you have to have a referral with your insurance. Hope it gets better.

I usually have around 32 ounces a day with no sugar and no fat creamer . I can not function without my coffee. I used to drink the international delight iced coffees at the gas stations and would fill up a 32 ounce fountain cup at least twice a day. That was til I looked up the nutrition count . Now I make it at home.

Im not sure this is better, but i replaced my cigars with the e-cig. It took about 2 weeks to get over the wanting to light one. Now , when I want nicotine , I take a puff off the e-cig. I hope to eventually not pick it up anymore. I have noticed that I am puffing on it less and less.
