BMI scales do not take muscle into consideration...therefore those tables are garbage for people who exercise hard and have a muscular build....so don't worry about that. You sound like you are at your goal to me!

I threw out a whole bottle of the "Alfredo Sauce".....barf...had consistency of flavoured water.

I once ate chips out of the garbage can :( I was so proud of myself for throwing the rest of the bag out then several hours later I was like screw this and went OUTSIDE and got them out and ate them.

3500 calories is equal to 1 pound. Remember you burn extra while breastfeeding and making sure baby is getting nutrients is more important right now than losing weight. If you eat healthy nutrient rich foods and breastfeed you will probably naturally lose some of the baby weight.

Yes I had it too and had to stop exercising for it to heal. I also got rid of all my flat shoes that had no built in arches. I now have one foot about a half an inch bigger than the other because the arch fell. But I haven't had another episode since I got better shoes!

I'm exactly the same! There is always some party or function to go to and I end up eating bad and drinking and then I'm too tired to exercise. I have no will power :(

I did Tough Mudder in Montreal this past July and we are forming a team to do it again. I hated the electric obstacles and I am planning on skipping them next year....I think they are stupid and prove nothing...lol. Will work more on upper body strength this time.

the scale is staying the same because you are gaining muscle and losing fat so you might not see a huge difference on the scale but your losing inches.
