get that thing out! I suffered a couple gallstone attacks before it was removed, awful pain. I have never had any problems with out my gallbladder and I can't imagine living with that pain. I thought having to wait 2.5 months to get it out was forever. Good Luck.

Is it a FlatOUt? I buy those and love love LOVE them. 9 grams of fiber too! go to the FlatOut website they have tons of recipes. My family loves the pizza one. You have your own mini pizza.

I had the SAME problem. I still go by what my old scale says and use that for my weight... I'm actually using both my scales, might be easier for you to just switch your weight on MFP. I just weight with my digital one and when I see a constance weight loss I weight on my old one and then mark it on MFP.

you are not eating any fruits or veggies.... Your body needs those and will burn better if you eat them.

eat meals and about 3-4 snack between like greek yogurt, almonds, cheese sticks, eggs etc etc etc... LOTS of protein and water and tons of fruits and veggies with all meals.

it's awesome! I had knee issues so I had to stop but I would like to start over. It's very intense and works, I love 15 lbs doing it on and off for 2 months. I was also using wii active too.

That's horrible. I'm catholic and don't eat meat on Friday's or Holy Days but that doesn't give me the right to say anything to anyone else about it. I would give them a pc of your mind and leave it be. Don't judge Catholics on that one persons actions, we all aren't crazy like that :)

So what are things that you eat to up your protein besides meat? I eat meat, just need different quick ideas. I eat tones of raw veggies and fruits, I really haven't been drinking milk.

it's such a great way to burn calories.... I have come to LOVE shoveling! I live in MN so I've done tons of shoveling and I keep my cement safe for my daycare parents. Killing 3 birds with one stone..

it should have told you on here on your goals. Go fill out your goals, like you want to loose one lb a week and it will tell you how many calories you should be eating. I told it I wanted to lose 1.5 lbs per week and I can only eat 1200 calories a day.
