It varies from 4-12 depending on how many cals I have left and what im doing. Eating is one of my favourite hobbies, I literally graze at my desk all day. I also turn green and angry if I havent eaten for 3 hours!!! GRRRRRR

I wouldnt drop the calories 25% lower than your 2049 just yet. Try a week at maybe 1900 or even try 2049 to start and see how much you lose if anything. If you lose 1-2lb whilst eating this much then you have got optimal fat loss whilst eating more claories!!! Winner!!!!

Go at it the same pace as you have done the 1st 2 workouts. Your muscles will be sore because your not used to it but thats a good thing!! Do it as hard and high intensity every time else you may aswel go for a walk. You only have 3 more till rest day anyway so push through!! Itl be worth it

Only thing I would suggest is doing BMR calcuator based on being 25lbs heavier ans seeing what difference it makes to your standard calories?? Or log it as walking, carrying infant/child

I started Monday with this and have the same problem (8 month old and 3 year old). I microwave on full power for 2 mins but my microwave is useless!!! most will cook within a minute so dont think it will do much harm.
