I started tracking my fiber intake and it is way low. Like half of where it should be. Everything else is good. Clearly I don't want to add a bunch of cals or carbs. Any suggestions?

Optimum Nutrition Fiber Powder. About £7 a tub and a tea spoon will give you 5g of Fiber. I supplement 10g a day from it. Works a treat0

My fiber amount calculated on here is 15. I've heard they recommend 30. Mine is about 20-30. Steel cut oats, chia seeds, ground flax. Lots of veggies and fruit. But the fruit does have sugar in it. All with skins on. I also eat either a brown rice cake or one slice of whole wheat bread for lunch. About once or twice a week I'll have brown rice at dinner.0

Good stuff! I have been so wrapped up in low fat/cals and high protein I have neglected my fiber and I know it is important for weight loss and overall health. Thanks for the help!0
