I have had this 3 days this week for breakfast! I did not need a mid morning snack because I was so satisfied. My latest tweak was to add the pb after cooking. It melts on top and I feel like I am having a delicious, decadent cake for breakfast! My single serving size today came to 246 calories and 24 grams of protein! WAHOO!!!!

Glad you like it!!! It sure beats Eggs for a change!!!
I tried it half choc half banana protein and was delicious too!!

Im liking the peanut butter added at the end. Will try that tonight!

I made these for my hubs and I last night for dessert! It was really good, but I recommend only cooking for a minute, testing, then cooking for 15 second intervals after that. Otherwise it will definitely dry out.

Would egg whites be ok in it? I'm trying to figure out how to make this lower calorie for a snack before the gym.
