  • I made these for my hubs and I last night for dessert! It was really good, but I recommend only cooking for a minute, testing, then cooking for 15 second intervals after that. Otherwise it will definitely dry out.

    Would egg whites be ok in it? I'm trying to figure out how to make this lower calorie for a snack before the gym.

    Just tried this. I thought it was a little bland so I ate it with 2 tbls of lite whipped cream (20 cal 3G carbs). And the whipped cream made me want to try cutting out the peanut butter and using vanilla protein powder to make a "strawberry shortcake" would the lack of peanut butter make the batter too thin? any suggestions? I just need to pick up some strawberries and I will try it out!
