After my workout tonight I was extremely hungry so I went to Burgerking; goal cals 1370, total for today was 2488 :-( I don't feel too bad about it since I spent 90 mins at the gym but still all the workout cals burnt gone down the drain lol.

I make Raspberry Vanilla Refrigerator Oatmeal every night before bed; takes only a few minutes and man is it good. I just got back from the gym; first time without my workout buddy so I decided to try out all the cardio equipment. 20 mins on the stationary bike and wow did I feel it in my legs, didn't burn too many calories but leg muscles are being built.

You should try EA Sports Active 2.0 which comes with a heartrate monitor that feeds data into the game showing up on screen. Awesome stuff.

Makes sense on my case as I have some what flat feet but why would it start now? I use to be more active than I am now and it never hurt. Maybe it because I am getting older? lol

Same thing has happened to me, my knees have been sore for the past 2 weeks, although I have discovered it not to be the actual knees but the top of the Fibula. I have not worked out very hard in 2 weeks but yet it is still hurting so I will go to the doctor soon if it is still hurting.

I don't think I am eating a lot of Processed foods or foods high in Sodium; although I was bad today, I had a Monster Energy Drink but it was the first one I have had since last friday and before I started back on MFB I was having one can every day or 2. Maybe you could take a look at my diary and let me know which foods…

Oh on a side note my lb lost is sitting at zero only because when I started this program last year I weighed in at about 204 but then I gave up and started the program back up again weighing in at 207 but in the last week I have gotten down to 203.9 so I have lost around 3lb since starting back up :-)
