I don't know about yours, but my chest strap doesn't have an on/off switch. When mine arrived, it wasn't working either so I've changed the battery and now it does work.

First of all, well done! It's not easy to deal with eating disorders! I don't think you are eating too much at all. Just a quick question, are you vegetarian? I ask because I don't see meat in your meals and I believe you could use it considering you are borderline anemic.

I get very confused with that too... just now I did Zumba for 40 min, MFP says I've burned over 300 cal... it seems too much to me...

You can do it if you really want to. I live with 3 kids/teens. I not only have them around 24/7 but also cook for them. No husband, no bf, no family around. Just set your mind toward your goal. YOU CAN DO IT!
