  • Don't have a plan for when I am here. I definitely eat when I am alone. She has absolutely no food in her house. We ordered Pizza last night and that was my only option for lunch today. We are supposed to be going to the store to get some groceries

  • I just a whole big bowl of my daughter's sugary cereal. I pick up my daughter in one hour. I just have to hold it down until dinner. I will have to figure out something light but satisfying. Any suggestions?

  • Sorry I haven't been very active. Working 5 12 hour shifts in a row....but then vacation!!! Hope you are all doing well. I weigh it tomorrow but I don't think I did well this wk. We shall see
  • It is also that time of the month for me as well which is always hard. I got food poisoning yesterday so I am a little under the weather today.

  • Counted every dumb calorie today. We ordered out for lunch at work. I didn't eat great but didn't over indulge. I am under my calorie goal but feeling hunger pangs. I usually eat dinner after work but I ate before I left. So my body is confused. Think I will go to bed early a that way I don't mess this up..... hope…
  • Had a rough day yesterday. I controlled myself all day but ate too much as soon as the little one went to bed. I am going to focus on staying hydrated today. Good news is that I did loose weight from last week. So the good out weighs the bad this time!

  • Is there a certain time of day you binge? For me it is in the middle of the day if I am home alone. So I try to stay out of he house around that time with errands. Maybe take a walk or call a friend instead.

  • Breaking old habits is hard! Just take it one day at a time. Is there someone at work you can confide in and that can be your support buddy?
  • What exercises have you all been trying? Everything brings me out of my comfort zone lol. I have been working on real push ups while I am home alone and have been thinking of signing up for a 5k.

  • Stayed under my calories... barely. Had Pizza for dinner. I am going to try to hold off until Monday to weigh myself.
  • Packed a breakfast and ate soup for lunch. Work was so busy (I couldn't eat much) that I was able to have a hearty dinner. Hope you all had a great day!

  • I made Avocado Chicken Salad for the first time today. So yummy! I think this will be a new staple in my house. Can't wait to see if my daughter likes it too :smile:
