Don't have a plan for when I am here. I definitely eat when I am alone. She has absolutely no food in her house. We ordered Pizza last night and that was my only option for lunch today. We are supposed to be going to the store to get some groceries

I have logged all my food for 5 days. Even the not so good choices. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it is for me.

It is also that time of the month for me as well which is always hard. I got food poisoning yesterday so I am a little under the weather today.

Going pretty good here. I have had a wacky schedule the past few days but I worked a charity event last night until 2am, my body said go get fast food and I refrained! That is one of my biggest hurdles is doing great for a while and then telling myself one day off the wagon won't hurt and that I earned it. But one day…

Counted every dumb calorie today. We ordered out for lunch at work. I didn't eat great but didn't over indulge. I am under my calorie goal but feeling hunger pangs. I usually eat dinner after work but I ate before I left. So my body is confused. Think I will go to bed early a that way I don't mess this up..... hope…

Breaking old habits is hard! Just take it one day at a time. Is there someone at work you can confide in and that can be your support buddy?

What exercises have you all been trying? Everything brings me out of my comfort zone lol. I have been working on real push ups while I am home alone and have been thinking of signing up for a 5k.

Stayed under my calories... barely. Had Pizza for dinner. I am going to try to hold off until Monday to weigh myself.

Packed a breakfast and ate soup for lunch. Work was so busy (I couldn't eat much) that I was able to have a hearty dinner. Hope you all had a great day!

I made Avocado Chicken Salad for the first time today. So yummy! I think this will be a new staple in my house. Can't wait to see if my daughter likes it too :smile:
