I'm around, 5'4"-5'5". When I started I was 295 pounds and between a size 20/22, depending on how the clothing was made (stretch, spandex, dress pants, regular jeans, etc.). There are two lakes by the campus, and each is about 3-4 miles long, plus, instead of driving and parking near them, I walk directly to and from my apartment on campus which adds extra calories burned!! The walks usually take about an hour to an hour and a half.

I have a good feeling I'm not going over my sodium intake today. I'm going to do some sit ups and squats as part of my exercise. I helped decorate, coordinate, and particpate in my cousin's wedding this weekend and I am so exhausted!!! HOW IS EVERYONE?!!

Took in 1285 mg of sodium out of 2500 mg today. Did 100 sit ups! Also going hit the elliptical at the gym! Still working on the wellness!

I honestly wouldn't bother. I had that problem last week when my TOM showed it's ugly face, but I happened to stay the same weight for the entire week that I was before it started.

Without exercise, I went over my calories by about 20. Going get my walk into today by the lakes, and thinking about walking to the lake from my apartment instead of driving to get there. Still have to get the rest of my water in. Today was a good "get back on track day."

1/25/12 I fulfilled my calorie goal and ate back some of my exercise calories. I got in 44 minutes of walking and 16 minutes on the elliptical for an hour total. From 1/20/12 Completed my food diary. Only got in about half my water and took in all my vitamins. Didn't get to go to the gym, because I had to intern at the daycare I'm at, but it was an 8 hour day so, I think I burned a good amount of calories.

I Googled once how many calories were burned for the 30 Day Shred and it gave me the number for a person who would weigh 150 pounds. I did some math and figured out how much it would be for someone my weight. I used that for a while, but I ended getting a HRM for Christmas.
