All I know is that it must've done something! My forearms hurt, and my legs, kinda like if I did a bunch of squats. I logged it as general gardening, burning 870 calories at a sedentary activity level. Woohoo! Thanks you guys!

I find that the 30 Day shred hurts less if i do something before it. I'm thinking i'll warm up with Zumba today then do the Shred.

I made the same mistake myself. My friends have told me today i get new calories, I start fresh and yesterday was well...yesterday. Drink a bunch of water, and if you hit up fast food and cookies like i did yesterday, watch your sodium. I feel for you, best of luck!
