I've been hospitalized due to cramps and bleeding heavily enough that my iron levels have dropped to dangerous levels. My mom told me the same thing and it was actually my dad that took me to the hospital. I'm on birth control to control it. OP, assuming you're not at that level - it's still ok to take a day to yourself. I…

If the day is planned? Pre-logged. If the day isn't planned, (more often than not it isn't planned), I log as I eat.

My TDEE is about 2000 and I work out 3 days a week (cardio and lifting). I'm at TDEE - 20% for 1600 and aiming for 35% P/30% F/ 35% C assuming I get 120 grams of p.

I like it in my Lasagna dang it! Cottage cheese is very tart and I find that it cuts down on the sweetest of tomato sauce from a jar.

yep - lost 95 pounds the first time around and went from a 8.5 to a 7.5. My ring size also when down by 2 sizes.

I can be up to 6 pounds during ovulation and then my body doesn't let it go until after my period. Thanks to my birth control I can gain and lose in 14 days. Yep. There are pretty much 2 weeks during the month when I can get an accurate weight.

Nope. Curled up in bed with a glass of red wine. I did however decide to walk from my office to my client site and back rather than take the metro today.

NCIS has gotten me through a whole lot of treadmill workouts! For the treadmill or elliptical during the winter it is Netflix or YouTube.

Steaming or boiling it in water doesn't add calories....neither does baking it unless you rub it in oil.

When I was a kid I'd said "well why aren't you sending it to them?" My mom never liked that question.

not to replace pasta but I used a spiralizer kitchenaid for apples to make a dessert dish. To replace pasta I love zucchini and cucumbers.

Not this year. I'm too out of shape. I did the Sprint and a Super 4 years ago and I've been saying I'll work my way up to the beast...I'm still working on that.

ick. I've tried to like it. Honestly. I just can't. No. Nope. The only way I'll eat it is in Lasagna. :)

Age: 28 Height: 5'4 Current Weight: 140 Goal Weight: 120 BMI: 24 Fat: Don't know - probably not more than 22% Shirt size: S Jeans: 4 Goals: Get back to the size I was when I met my boyfriend almost 3 years ago. That was 95 pounds light than my heaviest.

New to the group. Lost 95 pounds about 4-5 years ago and have picked up 25 pounds in the last 2.5 years thanks to a job change and my relationship - love my job and my boyfriend but they've both been hell on the gym schedule I had. I refuse to go back to 215. I've lost 5 and 20 more to go before I'm back at the weight I…

I use a splash of almond milk. As long as it's a brand and roast that I like I don't need to add much to it.

3 meals and 3 snacks...I don't particular need the snacks but I like snacking.

quick 30 minute daily burn workout this morning! I'm working from home today and when that happens I barely move and typically don't go outside. I have to get better at moving and working out when I work from home.

Yep. I was 215 and got down to 119 and at nearly every weight someone told me that I didn't need to lose any more. I'm at 140 now and when I say I want to get back down to 120 people say I don't need to. My Dr on the other hand "You've gained 25 pounds in the last 2.5 years. Knock it off. Don't get back to 215." at 5'4 120…

oooo going to try this!

I'd have one or two pieces, log it and move on. Whenever I'm at my main office there is one partner that always has a bowl of candy. I make it a point to stop by, say hello, and snag a couple of pieces. I bring/plan my own snacks but sometimes I just want candy!

It's not that my boyfriend isn't supportive - he is. He just doesn't have to not bring home the things that he wants because I'm trying to lose 20 pounds. He's 150 on a bad day and has been known to lose 10 pounds without thinking about it. Just because it's in the house doesn't mean I have to eat it. We eat the same meals…

My TDEE-20% is 1600 and I've been losing. Down 5 with 20 more to go. Feel free to add me!

I don't have dinner staples. I eat a pretty decent mix of a lot of things. I don't get home until between 7:30 and 8:30 so dinner is between 9 and 10 and is between 300-500 calories. I don't have a cut off time for eating and if I have calories left I'll have dessert before going to bed.
-
You can add me. I lost 95 pounds...unfortunately gained 25 back when I started my relationship and changed jobs (love my career but it's absolute hell of the gym schedule I had). Trying to get back to where I was - 5 down, 20 more to go.

I had a polar. A Fitbit. A Microsoft band. And now I have an Apple Watch - got it yesterday so I'll see right along with you.

Yep. I've been using her meal recipes for a while and they're really good. The last one I made was Shepard's pie! My boyfriend loved it. I love to bake so I'm going to try some of her baking recipes. We'll see how good they are

From sleep to sleep mostly to keep my weekends in order- I wake up super late and sometimes dinner or a late night snack isn't until after midnight
