100% porridge oats with water with 2 egg whites mixed in and microwaved for 3.5 minutes then I add 30 grams of Whole Earth crunchy PB and 15 grams of maple syrup. Definitely keeps me full to lunchtime!!!

Can't agree more with the above post!!! Whether is is sunny or snowy nothing beats running/walking in the fresh air..

I have one glass of red wine before bed a few times a week and it hasn't effected my weight lose.

I can't eat ice lollies as I do not like the feel or taste of the wooden stick! I always eat my veggies first then eat my meat/fish last.

I completely agree with you I always eat back my calories and have always lost weight. IMO you will end up making yourself ill.

I did WW 2 years ago and that's is how I last my weight with running. That's is exactly what I aim for 25% carbs, 30% protein and 45% fat and I also feel great and do lots of running :happy:
