Do you look at the percentage of calorie breakdown? If so what do you aim for daily with Carbs/ Fat/ Protein percentage to lose weight?

    I aim for 50p/30c/20f, but my average over the last 6 weeks is more like 45p/35c/20f. It works for me I guess.

    I look at the carbs and protein. I'm not so worried about the fat (I have really low cholesterol and my HDL percentage is very high) except for the fact it is very calorie dense. As long as I am within my calorie range, I don't really care if the fat goes over.

    I aim for 20-25% Carbs, 30% Protein & 45-50% Fat (but good fats don't usually go that over on saturated fats!)

    How do you change the carbs, proteins, fats etc? I think mine is really low....what is a good website to go to to tell you how much is healthy each day for losing weight?

    45c/20f/35p - seems to be a good easy enough balance to hit. plus that's what a nutritionist informed are good macros.

    30 c/ 25 f/ 35 p is my current attempt. So far so good. Just some days I over carb, other days I over protein.
